Every piece of regular-priced furniture purchased from our showroom comes with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers any defects related to craftsmanship, structure, or materials that occur under normal household use. Whether it’s a sofa frame, dining table joint, or a finishing detail, if the issue stems from a factory-related problem, we will ensure it is corrected promptly.
Our warranty, however, does not extend to issues caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, alterations, or normal wear and tear such as fading, fabric pilling, or minor scratches that occur with everyday living. We encourage our customers to follow proper care and maintenance instructions to keep their furniture looking its best.

In-store Purchases
Free Delivery :
- We provide complimentary delivery services (excluding sale items) for customers located within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Toronto and its surrounding regions.
- For customers residing outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), delivery fees will be determined at the store through negotiation.
- Please visit our store or contact us directly to discuss delivery options and associated fees for your specific location.
Scheduling Your Delivery:
- During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date based on availability in your area. If your order originates from multiple warehouses or manufacturers, our customer care team will confirm the delivery date details with you.
- You'll receive an order confirmation email with your estimated delivery date(s). We'll notify you promptly if any changes occur.
- Contact our Customer Care team at least 72 hours before your delivery date for any adjustments.
Preparing for Your Delivery:
- The recipient must present a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.
- If the purchaser won't be home during delivery, please inform us in advance.
- If you need to designate an alternative recipient or delivery location, confirm these details with us at least 72 hours before delivery.
- The delivery warehouse will provide you with a delivery time window the day before or on the morning of delivery.
- Pre-measure doorways, entrances, hallways, and staircases to ensure the item(s) will fit. A restocking fee may apply if products cannot be delivered due to space constraints.
- Delivery associates are equipped with safety footwear and will use protective measures to safeguard your floors during delivery.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Please ensure driveways and walkways are clear of snow and ice to facilitate delivery.
- Clear the path inside your home to the designated delivery area, removing any obstacles such as narrow hallways or stairs.

- Enjoy free shipping for orders over $3,000 (excluding sale items) within the GTA.

Delivery Timeline:
- We strive to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order, excluding holidays.
- Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.
