Cancellation Period:

    • Customers have up to 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel their order for a full refund. This applies to furniture and mattresses.

Special Order Items and Floor Models:

    • Deposits made on Special Order items and Floor Models are non-refundable after 24 hours of placing the order.

Reselection and Refund (Furniture):

    • Prior to delivery or pick-up, customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase without penalty.
    • After 24 hours but prior to possession, customers can reselect their product with a 20% penalty or request a refund with a 30% administration fee.

Furniture Return and Exchange:

    • After taking possession of furniture, if you're not satisfied, you have 7 days to re-select with a 30% restocking fee or return the product with a 35% restocking fee.
    • All furniture must be received in our distribution center within 7 days of possession for a refund or exchange to be processed.

Refund Process:

    • Refunds are processed using the same method of payment, excluding cheque or cash. For these methods, reimbursement will be via company cheque within 7-10 business days.
